Sourcing the car

Our journey begins with sourcing the perfect classic car. We meticulously search for classic cars with potential, focusing on their historical value, aesthetic appeal, and structural integrity.

Stripping All Parts Off the Car

Once we have the car, our skilled technicians strip it down to its bare shell. Every component, including the engine, transmission, interior, and electrical systems, is carefully removed to prepare for the restoration and conversion process.

Paint Removal

The car’s body undergoes a thorough paint removal process using an acid bath. This method effectively strips away old paint, rust, and grime, ensuring a clean slate for restoration.

Welding and Fabrication

Our expert fabricators then address any rust or damage. We replace worn-out or damaged panels with precision-welded new parts, ensuring the car’s body is restored to its original strength and alignment.

Paintwork

With the body repairs complete, the car moves to the paint preparation stage. This involves meticulous sanding, priming, and smoothing of the surfaces. Once prepped, the car is painted using high-quality, durable automotive paints in the chosen color, giving it a fresh and vibrant finish.

Driveline Overhaul and Installation

Next, we overhaul the driveline, which includes the transmission, driveshaft, and related components. This ensures that the mechanical backbone of the car is robust and ready for the next phase of the conversion.

Brakes and Suspension Install

We install uprated suspension in our cars ensuring smooth handling, and regenerative braking which means that the car can recapture some of the energy it uses to slow down or stop.

Electric Conversion Drivetrain Installation

The heart of our conversion process is the installation of the electric drivetrain. We replace the engine with a state-of-the-art electric motor, along with Tesla batteries and associated electronics, providing the car with clean, efficient power.

Interior Refit

We redesign the cabin with new upholstery, heated seats, a high-fidelity soundsystem, and custom built head-up LCD display, all while preserving the classic look and feel of the original design.

Quality Control Checks

Before delivery, the car undergoes rigorous quality control checks. Every aspect, from the drivetrain to the interior finish, is inspected and tested to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and performance.

Delivery

Finally, the beautifully restored and converted classic car is ready for delivery. We ensure that the car is transported safely and handed over to its new owner.
